The nose is fruity, banana upfront, light malty sweetness, some peach. Flavor has mild corn, grain astringency, some sweetness, crisp grassy hop bitterness, honey. Crisp mouthfeel.

Mouthfeel is very creamy. Taste is a little yeasty, a little sour with other indistinguishable flavors with nothing else really standing out. Dry finish, not overly hoppy. Pairs well with chicken, salmon or other light meat dishes. yinzerbeernut (58), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
