Pours a translucent chestnut with golden notes and a small bubbly off white head. Aroma of peach pie, lightly toasted malt, caramel, nuts and light citrus. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Dec 28, 2008 Clear light brown with ring of offwhite head. Nose is MASSIVE peaches, like the peach gummy candies sold at cvs. Flavor is not as good, light peach, some hop bitterness, brown malts. Sticky on the tongue. Smells way better than it tastes. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 28, 2008 Bottled. Pours a reddish brown. Fruity and spicy, maybe too heavy on the fruits. not super duper well balanced. Watery finish.
In a related note, sometimes I get a kick out of the rate beer glass recommendations but if you are drinking this or any kind of Shiner out of a flute be ready to get into a fight. more of a fruity christmas ale than a lambic or kriek or anything like that. thejoeshow (232), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 27, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a brown with amber highlights and a frothy tan head that has excellent lacing and retention. Aroma is nice and peachy. The peach aroma is not too overpowering too, thats always nice. Flavor is essentially a sweet nut brown with a nice peach aftertaste. Kinda weird, the whole peach, nut brown thing but drinkable. I couldnt have a few, just a couple. lithy (1800), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Dark ruby read with a thin white head and a very fruity peach aroma hints of cranberries as well, not too artificial but gets close. Taste is cherry, peaches and cranberries with a light clove and dark wheat sort of finish. WakeandBake (434), Greenville, Michigan, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 26, 2008 Bottle.Pours a amber orange with a thick off white head. Leaves good lacing due to head staying for most of the beer.aroma is very fruity like peaches, pears, apricots, and maybe some honey. Very Nice!Taste is of peaches a hint of vanilla and the roasted peacans very balanced for a fruit beer. Medium body with low carbonation and a dry finish!
