Talk about pleasant on a hot day this stuff is great.Fruity aroma.slight lemon and orange like flavor, but not sweet.Beyond that a nice crisp pure barley malt beer flavor, very very good.

I like this stuff, it’s Shiner’s differently flavorful relative. Good wheaty taste.

One of my favorite shiners, I probably like it better than their winter ale. Regular Shiner with a kick. I dont know if they even make this anymore since they started putting out the hefe.

This was, keyword was, one of the better shiner beers. Its not longer in service because they’re making a different wheat beer. Maybe a little too sweet.

More zesty than Shiner Bock, this beer has some of the same musty qualities as its darker cousin. However, the taste is surprisingly pleasant. You really can’t beat it for the price. It is amazingly chuggable; you could probably put away the entire six in an hour without really realizing it. Try it.

Although I’m not a fan of wheat beers.....I liked the subtle honey flavor with this one. it wasn’t overpowering...and it added a nice sweetness to the beer. It ashame they don’t brew it anymore.

Wheaty taste ruined by acrid after-taste.
