| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 22, 2006 Pours a fizzy, clear gold with a white head that fades to a ring of foam. The aroma is slightly peppery hops. The flavor is a sweet hay malt body that either needs to dry out or needs more bitterness to crisp this up a bit. TheBeerOrg (1583), Kentucky, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | May 20, 2006 Pours light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of corn, cooked veggies, herbal hops, and general nastiness. Taste is adjuncts, corn, and some crisp lager breadiness. Mouthfeel is thin bodied with lively carbonation. Not really a Kolsch, and not the least bit good. Cobra (1066), In a van, down by the river, Maryland, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 16, 2006 12 oz. brown longneck bottle. No freshness date seen. Poured out a weak yellow color, with barely a head to speak of. Aromas are of DMS to the max. Smells like rotten cabbage. Stale, cheesy smelling hops fill out the stank of this beer. Yeast is the wrong strain to boot. Kolsch yeast is clean, without much flavor, & certainly not any DMS to speak of. Thin body, thin mouthfeel also. Finished bitter, cheesy, and yeasty. Needs work guys. Serious work. SSSteve (2080), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 5, 2006 Bottle - sweet corn/barley malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head and mild effervescense. Lightly sweet malt flavor - very much like a German Koelsch. One of the better American Koelschs I’ve tried. FROTHINGSLOSH (2025), GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | May 3, 2006 Updated: Jun 30, 2006Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is macroish sour malts. The flavor is sweetish and yeasty with a vague hint of fruit. The macro tang tends to overpower the other flavors. HighGravity (890), Baltimore, Maryland, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Apr 29, 2006 Surprisingly not bad, this Kolsch is more authentic tasting than their Bock. The beer is a pale golden with little to no head. However, it’s not a world beater. Crisp, refreshing, and balanced. Hangover (768), Atlanta, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 28, 2006 Clear golden pour with an initially huge white head, diminishing to a slight, yet noticeable film. Aroma is of grass and hay, with a little bit of malt. Mouthfeel is active and peppery. Taste is more of the grassiness, with a lot of yeast and a barely noticeable wheat presence. Finish is crisp. Nice body for a summer seasonal. OK brew. Surprised at the 2.6, it’s not that bad.
