Commercial Description:
Effervescent, this summer brew is fashioned after the Kolsch biers that originated in Cologne, Germany, in the 1800s. Hallertau, Magnum, and Mount Hood hops combine for an especially clean, crisp finish.

ReRate: Small white head. Not especially appealing metallic smell at first. Mild, light nice flavor, however, with a slight metallic twang, subtle tastes of sweet heartiness and corn. Refreshing, crisp, and easy to drink. Overall a decent summer beer, but nothing outstanding.

Bottle. Light to medium malty flavor, with a fizzy mouthfeel. Strange aroma, almost musty. Golden color with light head. Not very good at all.

Bottle. Poured a very golden color. Aroma is weird with malt and water. Taste is real malty with a twang on it.

Super clear coloured golden body with a decent white head that fades too fast. Aroma of water, metal, blood and a tiny bit of lemons followed by a very light maltiness. Medium-bodied; Very funky cardboard and off flavours up front with some alcohol, grapes, sour, bitterness and metal flavours all coming in big time. Aftertaste has more horrible tastes - this one tastes like it spent 11 months in a barrel with loose change. Overall, a horrible tasting beer and one that didn’t have too much hope from the sight and smell either. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Spirit Shop in Oklahoma City (Norman), Oklahoma on 10-May-2007.

Clear, pale yellow appearance with a small white head and no lacing. Low keyed, malt driven, slightly vegatal aroma. Grainy, moderately bitter, lightly hopped flavor with a metallic twinge. Light bodied mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Crisp, dry, short lived finish.

Effervescent, gold, white head. Aroma is not very pronounced, some faint straw and herbs, lemon. Thin, rather watered-down mouthfeel, mildly bittersweet, finish is instant. Not unpleasant, but mediocre in nearly every aspect.

Clear amber color with medium head. Fizzy like ginger ale. Aroma of sweet, sweet malt, with some corn mixed in? A fair amount of hops. Flavor was heavily sweet and moderately bitter. Light body.
