Pours a lightly hazy golden with a medium bubbly white lacing head. Aroma of grainy sweet malts, some light grassiness and citrus hops. Flavors of cereal grains, lemon, wheat crispness…freshing, crisp with a decent level of flavor.

Unobtrusive is how I would describe this beer. While it certainly has no "off" qualities, it really does not have many "on" qualities either. It would cerrtainly be a good thirt quenching summer libation, but it would not stand up to the rigors of a charred BBQ meal. Pouring a light golden color with a single finger of white head, the aroma is sugar cookie-like with a slight hint of lemon. Light bodied with a soft cottony mouthfeel, this beer ends abruptly, with nary a hint of aftertaste. Dry and soft, it was what I expected, and that’s not that great.

on tap-pours a foamy light tan head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is sweet wheat/grain. Taste is sweet wheat/grain, secondary flat hops. Mild carbonation.

Clear golden color with a nice aroma. The scent is strong but the taste is even better. Definately showing a lot of wheat character. This is a good summer beer.

On tap at the Ship Inn. Clear golden in color with a white head. Malty aroma and flavor. Thin palate. No flaws. Good beer.

Gold color and no head. Some honey in the creamy malt body. Stale hops in the background. Weak, quick and thin. Not so good.

Tap at the Ship. Clear golden, tin white head. Malty aroma and flavor, and an English maltiness at that. Low hop and on the light side. No flaws from a technical standpoint.

Stale taste. Stale pale color. No head. NO taste - terrible. This is a wheat??? A light wheat - ultralight would hit it better.
