Commercial Description:
Our hoppiest beer ever, inspired by the robust beers of the Pacific Northwest. This IPA is about 5.2% abv and features Centennial hops and Cascade for the bittering hops, and a blend of Goldings and Cascade for the aroma. Served carbonated. O.G. 1.057

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber brown with a small white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malt. Flavor is not very hoppy (as I was hoping), just lots of buttery notes (diacetyl perhaps) and lots of caramel malt. Ok and certainly drinkable, but I was disappointed by the lack of hoppiness (especially given the description, although I know it’s supposed to be an English IPA). 6/4/7/3/14 [3.4/5]

Dark amber pour slight hoppy n malt aroma creamy head with lacing lots of malt in this one caramel taste with hoppy bitter citrusy finish. More like an APA than an IPA, but solid overall
