Bottle shared with GregClow, Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, and Jerc, courtesy of me via Big Red and K. Black, small tan head. Mild aroma - light roast and some chocolate. Good taste - tons of roast and more chocolate, Nice beer - classic dry stout.

Bottle (341ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, tupalev & jerc -- courtesy of tupalev. Pours a very dark brown with an average size lasting creamy tan head. Aroma of lightly roasted malt, creamy chocolate and light hops. Flavour is quite roasty along with some coffee and chocolate and a dry bitter finish. Average bodied. Pretty good stuff, I enjoyed it.

Bottle shared with tupalev, HogTownHarry, blankboy and jerc - tupalev’s bottle. Deep ruby-black with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet with notes of coffee and smoke. Thin body, but suitable for a dry stout. Flavour is decent, a bit smoky, with a good dry bitterness in the finish. A very serviceable stout.

Bottle (341ml). Shared with blankboy, GregClow and tupalev, tupalev’s bottle. Black pour, light brown head. Dry, tart, bitter roast aroma. Slightly pruney flavour - very dry - and as it warms, VERY roasty and oily. Slick mouthfeel, quite astringent, maybe a tad watery for a stout, long slightly tart oily roasty finish. A very good, if thin, dry stout.

Bomber from Quake1028; Nose of coffee, cocoa, and roasted malt; black with a big, glass-lacing, rust-tinged tan head; flavor of smoke, coffee, and a little bittersweet chocolate. Much better than a 3.3 rated beer! Pretty good for a $2.99 Shipyard beer!

Pours out thick and black with a small off white head. Aroma is roasted coffee and chocolate malt. Nice chocolate malt mouthful, but just a little thin. Leaves a nice dry coffee aftertaste.

Roasted Grain Vanilla aroma. Color is Black, so dark you can hold up to a light and still not see the light bulb through it. Large, firm coffee colored head I swear you could bounce a quarter off. Dry, Smoky, coffe taste with a bit of hops then a chocolate coffee finish. Very flavorful robust beer. This is probably my favorite stout.
