Deep dark brown, almost black. Thin head and decent lace. Raosty, slight burnt malted barley aromas, coffee, hint chocolate, obvious dry stout here. Medium bodied, burnt, somewhat bitter, coffeeish, smooth and decent. Nice stout. Unremarkable.

[bottle] Pours a black/deep red with a thick and fluffy tan head. Strong roasted aroma with a hint of sweet. Initial coffee taste with a followup of roasted malt and a slightly sweet finish. A bit thin, but on the whole not bad.

Mildly roasty and not as "dry" as I'd like - finish lingered long with licorice and latte. Palate is medium - kind of watery at the edges.

Sounded like a gusher, didn't, but sure pour like one. Near black with a hugh fluffy tan head that settles to look like lightly beaten tan egg whites. A few spots of lace. Initial CO2 burn from the devoided head space. Molassas, tar and coffee aroma. Very spritzy on the mouth like a stout soda. Dark roasted malt and patent bitterness. Just to effervecent to really enjoy. Some late grainy/malty flavor in the linger.

Very dark, heavily roasted, full-bodied. Chocolate undertones with a hint of coffee. A pretty good stout.

Pours dark, big dark tan head with a lot of staying power. Coffee and chocolate aromas, slightly thin mouthfeel, almost porterish.

Nice dark color, with an impressively foamy head. Good flavor of chocolate and some roasted malts. Somewhat dry. One of the best stouts you can find for this price.

Nitro... Mellow Mushroom, Tampa... Pitch black ale with a mid-sized, ultra creamy, khaki head. Incredible retention. Smoky, chocolaty aroma. Well-balanced flavor with plenty of cocoa and vanilla... leans just slightly toward the sweet side. Medium to full-bodied and velvety with soft carbonation. Finishes chocolaty and lightly bitter. Dumbed down a bit from the nitrogen, but that’s not the beer’s fault. Surprisingly good!
