Jan 31, 2008 Bottle. Dark brown with a large white head. Slightly smokey and sweet. Fruits? Chocolate. Medium body. Carbonated which makes it a bit harder to pour but not that bad otherwise. Not bad at all :-)

Jan 22, 2008 Black with a quality head. This beer has a nice balanced flavor, roasted and mildly sweet. Goes down easy.

Jan 8, 2008 Pours a dark amber with a thick off white head. Aroma of honey and dark fruits. Flavor was similar, with plenty of licorice and caramel. Too carbonated, kind of ruined it. Meh.

Jan 1, 2008 12 oz bottle. Dark reddish brown color with thick peige head. Strong sweet, flowery and fruity honey aroma with notes of chocolate, licorice and hazelnuts. Dryer yet very honeyish flavor. Chocolate, coffee and nuts gradually come through behind honey. Tasty!

Dec 9, 2007 12oz bottle. Bottle notched best before J 08. Poured a dark brown color with a large (4 finger) sized off white head. Aromas of honey, caramel, roast, and coffee. Tastes of up front honey with roast, coffee, and chocolate. Honey sweet.
