Nov 30, 2007 12 oz, bb Jan 08. Clear orange-copper with a smallish, lasting head. Caramel-butterscotch with some earthy, tea leaf and slight orange marmalade aroma. Initial taste of malt is quickly balanced by bitter, nutty, earthy and roasted flavors. Turns to a crisp apple, caramel, and bitter green herb flavor on the finish. Dry, tingly, astringent and light bodied.

Nov 24, 2007 Pours honey colored w/ a tall, lasting head and lace. Mild aromas of leathery malts. Medium nectar w/ good carbonation. A balanced specimen w/ mild attributes. The finish is bittered nicely. A good session brew.

Nov 19, 2007 Bottle (341ml) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, tupalev & jerc -- courtesy of tupalev. Pours a clear golden-orange with an average size diminishing white head. Aroma and flavour of caramel malt and light oily herbal hops. Light bitter finish. Average bodied. Mediocre stuff.

Nov 16, 2007 Bottle shared with tupalev, HogTownHarry, blankboy and jerc - tupalev’s bottle. Light amber colour. Aroma is grainy, with faint hops. Flavour is pretty much the same - mild grainy malt, faint hops in the finish. Not awful, just... there.

Nov 7, 2007 Bottle (341ml). Shared with blankboy, GregClow and tupalev, tupalev’s bottle. Clear light amber, small head. Slightly papery aroma, light dry grainy malt, very weak hops, I guess they’re somewhat herbal. Tastes exactly as it smells - a little papery, weak malt, not much hop bitterness or alcohol or anything, really. Average body, somewhat flat ... mostly just boring; thin.

Nov 4, 2007 hazy copper with a small head. brett, hops, caramel aroma. flavor has a good bit of brett with some caramel and plenty of peachy hops. earthy with nice balance. quite good.
