Clear coppery hue, modest head formation. Creamy toffee aroma, toasty malt, mild fruity hop spice. Hoppy, citrussy, spicy palate, plenty of bite especially in the finish. Toasted, mildly biscuity malt. Pretty much in the English pale ale mold.

12 oz, bb Jan 08. Clear orange-copper with a smallish, lasting head. Caramel-butterscotch with some earthy, tea leaf and slight orange marmalade aroma. Initial taste of malt is quickly balanced by bitter, nutty, earthy and roasted flavors. Turns to a crisp apple, caramel, and bitter green herb flavor on the finish. Dry, tingly, astringent and light bodied.

Bottle. Beautiful amber copper color with a moderate white head. Floral hoppy aroms, light caramel maltiness with a little toast. Decent malty backbone with bold and assertive hops and a pleasant lightly sweet finish. Medium body and perky carbonation.

Good sized head. Bright white in color. Lingers for a while with light carbonation. Nice aroma vanilla, candy, little hops and some light biscuit malts. Color is a bright dark orange. Crisp and slightly dry flavor with more vanilla and soft malts up front then the hops take over. Nice bitterness appears and lasts through the finish. Little more biscuits and a touch of sweetness for balance. Nice lingering bitterness at the finish and again a little dry. This is a very good and moderately hopped pale ale.

Pours amber into a shaker. Off-white head with fair retention. Bitter and thin, but refreshing.

Looks and pours great, The aroma is hoppy with caramel notes. The taste seems a little tart, with medium malt and high hops. Tasty

Bottle. Pours orange copper with an off white head. Fresh grassy hop aroma with a hint of caramel. Well balanced flavor with caramel malt and grassy/floral hops. Pretty good.

Pours out yellow in color with a sticky white head on it. Hoppy, even slightly soapy smell to it. Very drinkable, almost able to gulp it. Not bad in all, something to drink during the summer perhaps.
