It had the sweet carmel malt that you would look for in a pale. But more overwhelming there was this buttery, wood-like flavor. Very creamy texture. I liked it a lot. Pours copper color with creamy head. I’d drink it again for sure. desurfer (1068), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA

Very thick, creamy white head, and very creamy lacing. Malty corn aromas, with a slight hop profile. Definitely an English ale. Slight acidic hop undertones, big malty body, some citrus. Decent flavor. Fully body, quite drinkable. Watery finish. Enjoyable. roder60 (1033), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | May 8, 2009 Pours a slightly hazy dark orange with minimal soapy white head. Aroma is nice orange citrus hops with slight fruit sweetness. Flavor is a tad watery like most of shipyards stuff, but is definitely tastier. Nice mild sweet base with citrus hop finish that dominates. Best shipyard beer ive had. Lowe1983 (1029), Fairborn, Ohio, USA
