Pours a nice golden amber with a foamy white to off white head. Aroma is just great, mostly floral and piney notes very hoppy smelling. The taste backs up the scent quite well also. No bad tastes anywhere in this beer, just a good pale in an almost West Coast fashion.

Bottle. Clear amber colour with an off-white head. Light floral aroma with notes of vanilla. More vanilla feeling in the taste, followed by a low to medium bitterness.

Expiration date of Jan 08. Pours a crisp, clean caramel-amber with a foamy off-white head. The head lasts about a minute and finally dissipates, but not entirely. The whole thing just feels and looks fresh. Delightfully light hoppy aroma. Kind of creamy mouthfeel that goes down smooth and leaves no lingering aftertaste. I enjoyed this recipe. Glad I’m close enough to be able to buy it again.

Very solid pale ale. The hops came through strong at the end and provided a nice crisp taste. Not much on the nose and the beer is a clear pale copper.

I am all for US brewers coming through with the English pale instead of always giving us the west coast version. But this one falls a little short. I found a metallic flavor that held it back from top marks. Please keep trying, we need the variety

Pours clear gold/copper with nice retaining head. Fruity floral hops and light spice aromas, with similar flavors. The body was light and a bit watery. While a decent, refreshing brew, there was not very much substance to take it to the next level.

This was a nasty, swilly, dishwatery tasting beer. It has strong flavors of dirt and clay. A little to "rustic" for me. Bottle at Whole Foods Miami Beach.

1.9 pinter. This guy bounced back and forth on me. One moment, a tolerable, not great, somewhat crispy, cigar hop flavour to one of stale hops and mildew. I could gather only a few instances where something would jump on the palate. I guess what I tasted was a little bit nutti and maybe some raisons and grass. Not very well balanced and a rather dry experience.
