The soapy, biscuity nose offers notes of pale malts, biscuit and caramel. The flavor is of pale, biscuity malt and a nice, crisp, hop kick. A touch grainy with a mild note of butterscotch. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and intermediate carbonation. Mid-length, sticky-sweet finish. beerguy101 (3971), Newark, California, USA
