| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 14, 2008 Bottle. Pours a reddish amber in color with a decent, finger’s width head. The aroma is sweet, but hoppy. It has a medium body with a full, malty flavor balanced with a tart, zing of hops. The finish is fresh and clean, without any kind of lingering bite. Very refreshing. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 14, 2008 Well i seem to go against the grain here. At first this a great session ale, furthermore there is a great mouthfeel and viscosity in this beer. Tastes half bad, i mean there is a malty backbone with a nice hopprofile, lighly presented. Not something you would go out of your way for, but very tasty nonetheless. shackinetics (132), Florida, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Feb 19, 2008 Pours a clear gold with little head. An aroma of sweet caramel and funk. Very sweet caramel apple flavor with a lemony yeast finish. Like no ale I’ve ever tasted before. Gets points for uniqueness I guess, but nothing I’d go out of my way to taste again. | 0.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 3/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Feb 16, 2008 12oz Bottle – Gravity Room – Olympia, WA
Aroma – Nasty aroma, Like a dirty dish towel. This was bad.
Appearance – Yellow in color, Nice head and clear.
Flavor – Very little decent flavor. It was like this bottle was exposed or open before it was nasty what ever it was. It felt like a 5 year old bottle of bad beer.
Palate – Bad Mouthfeel, Ok texture with nasty taste for a finish.
Overall – This was the worst beer I have ever had. The beer was infected and I had to drain pour the beer. I am hoping the next Shipyard is better.

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 12, 2008 Pours a fogged straw/gold what gives a decent white-ish head that falls rather quickly. Nose is boring. Flavor is earthy and leafy with a sweet tone. Minor citrus. Not very interesting or complex, but well rounded enough. Feel is decent. Low, soft carbonation on a average liquid body. Very easy to drink and certainly a possible session brew. kidmartinek (1001), austin, Texas, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Feb 10, 2008 A sweet sugary, apple aroma. A lot of carbonation, not much foam, tastes dry and sweet. It’s light amber in color. puggy211 (596), cordova, Tennessee, USA
