The Shipyard Brewing Company's flagship beer, is a full bodied ale, with a hint of sweetness up front, a subtle and distinctive hope taste, and a very clean and traditional finish.

The first word that comes to mind is unremarkable. Amber in color with some touches of gold, the export ale poured with an inch-thick fluffy white head. Sweet malt in the nose, yeasty malt flavor that is decent, but uninteresting. An okay beer.

12 oz. bottle. Dark Honey color with very small head that didn’t last. Sweetness at first whiff, then bread and malt. Flavors hit with more bread and a decent hop finish, but over all not super exciting.

Pours a copperish golden color with a nice size head, aroma of sweet malts and floral hops, flavor was smooth and a little sweet not bad, hints of caramel, ok body, drinkable.

Another "flagship beer" that I would’ve taken a pass on had I not been turned into a ratings whore by this site! A good looking but otherwise unimpressive honey-sweet golden ale, this goes down easily because there’s little to it in body or flavor, watery malts with almost no trace of hops.

bottle: pours a nice copper color with a big white head. The aroma is subtle and of malt and hops, somewhat sweet smelling, the flavor too is subtle and crisp. The palate is pretty thin, but not a bad beer

golden in color and a big creamy white head. malty bisquit aroma with a hint of floral hops. flavor is unexciting. tastes like a budwieser. I hate these $8 six packs of macro brew.
