Clear, amber appearance with a large, white, fast fading head. Mild fruit aroma that was on the malty side. Some sweetness up front, followed by fruitiness and then a moderate amount of bitterness. Clean, dry finish.

Bottle: Good and fresh tasting, with a frothy head, nice carbonation and golden color. Not outstanding in any category, nor lacking in any. If this beer was a student, it would be a B student, good solid effort, just not memorable.

Had this on tap. Light copper color with thin head. Nice hoppy aroma with a hint of caramel. the flavor is also of caramel and is even buttery. The flavors linger. Delicious. Mild to moderate carbonation. Excellent beer.

Light amber color with small head. Subtle hop, yeast and fruitiness in aroma. Bitter taste and yeasty texture comes out strong in drinking. Finishes clean and dry.

Brilliant golden-amber hue, with soft foamy white head, pale or crystal malt, sweet honey touch, fruity like a peachy nose follows through on a medium-bodied palate, with a crisp cascade floral hop, fruity, peachy, clean malty character in a fine bittering hops finish.

Bottled (BBE 2005)
Nut brown, small white head. Mild toffee-sweetish aroma, lightly hoppy. Medlum-bodied. Malty with gently hops in the finish. Almost more like a pilsener than an ale/bitter kind of beer.

From Bottle, average sized, white head, lots of lacing. Hoppy aroma with hints of lemon. Light nutty, caramel flavor at first turning to a hoppy lemon taste. A good one from Shipyard.
