Nov 20, 2008 Pale golden-orange with a thin cover of white carbonation. Bready yeasty malt aroma, sweet and subdued butterscotch. Taste is pale malts, has that typical blonde taste that I still can’t describe, corny and skunky but neither in a bad way. Good body and light hop bittering finish.

Oct 25, 2008 Poured golden with a smallish head. Nice hoppy bitterness and finished smooth, very drinkable. Good, well balanced beer.

Oct 23, 2008 Pour is golden with minimal head. Aroma is of grain and some bitter malt. Flavor is a bit lacking and astringent- grainy with sweeter malt. Very drinkable, but not outstanding.

Oct 21, 2008 Pours a pilsner straw gold with evanescent thin head; no lacing. Nose is pretty nice, with a sweet pastry, creamy note and grassy, freshly mown hop character. Not sure you can say this is full-bodied, but then again you can’t say it has a distinctive ’hope’ taste either. Thin palate, but with a decent moderate rooty bitterness to balance the mildly citrusy sweetness. Maybe it’s just that I don’t drink this style often, but I found this to be quite drinkable.

Oct 2, 2008 Pours a decent golden brown, with a smoky aroma. Bland and sour flavor, kind of like an IPA, with a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Not great but not horrible either.
