| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Oct 21, 2007 Ive had many pale ales that have a higher hop profile than this. Drinkable, maybe even enjoyable on the right day. But in the end it is forgetable. portermax55 (118), Canterbury, Connecticut, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 12, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale gold color with a very light, white head. Slight smell of hops, but not like a TRUE IPA. Tastes of very bitter lemon and hops. Very light, smooth mouthfeel. Not bad.... Gregis (1135), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 11, 2007 Pours the color of iced tea with a frothy beige head that laces decently. The aroma is fairly muted with notes of pale malt, tea and lightly earthy hops. The mouthfeel is on the light side of medium bodied and slick with creamy carbonation and a quick, moderately bitter finish. The flavor is more like a pale ale rather than an IPA. Pale malt is up front with a fruity/earthy hop backing. If this is an IPA, it’s certainly not an American-style IPA. It is, however, a nice session beer, if you like fuggles. If, however, you’re looking for a typical west coast IPA, this isn’t it. Imaena (259), Portland, Maine, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 30, 2007 Bottle. Thin frothy head. Light copper color. Matly smell with few notes of hops. Taste is very malty. Extremely light on both aroma and flavor hops for an IPA but still a classic IPS style. Nothing special. mrant (330), New York, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 29, 2007 Smells very malty for an IPA. The hops aroma takes a back seat with this brew. Pours a clear light amber color with a nice long-lasting white head. Taste is sweetly hoppy. Its different than any IPA i’ve had, but not in a bad way.
