This light copper single hop India Pale Ale is brewed only with the Fuggles hops. It has a smooth, dry, and crisp flavor with floral aroma and apple plum palate.

Bottle: Fiery golden, translucent, large fluffy white head, sticky lacing, moderate carbonation.   Earthy/dirty hop oriented nose.   Not floral, nor piney... but moreso grainy and overcooked vegetables.   Gritty start, cereal oriented, not that hoppy at all, but instead it has a grainy bitterness.   Slight butter factor emerges at the finish.   Blech... I knew it was going to be crap when I bought it, but I had to have the new label.

Clear, amber body with a thick, creamy, off-white head. The aroma is spicy, floral hops with light bread. The flavor is dry, fruity, herbal, spicy and some honey. Medium/light body with moderate carbonation.

12 oz. bottle. Poured deep copper, with a hoppy, yet somehow off aroma. Taste was very one dimensional (they only use fuggles in this so makes sense), but that one dimension was quite unenjoyable. I thought it was possible that this was a bad bottle, but then I had 2 others out of the 6 pack and they all had the same flavor. Very surprising considering the fact that I enjoyed Shipyard’s Tremont IPA. Will not be getting this again.

A subdued IPA, abit on the sweet side, not much bitterness at all, flowery, Can tell its fuggles right away, a decent drinker, but it lacks alot of IPA character. ok.

12 oz. bottle- color of golden honey , with a nice frothy off white head – faint nose of citrus (lemon/ lime, and mild grapefruit) , band-aid box , and some sweetness – taste of mild resin , citrus (lemon/ lime, and mild grapefruit), and malty - body is medium slightly acidic, and with sharp medium carbonation – aftertaste of malt , some bitterness , and orange

Slight banana aroma. Hazy red in appearance with a nice tan foam. Medium bitterness, a bit salty. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation. A nice long finish. Not a bad IPA.

Bottle best by May 07. Poured a copper color with a creamy off-white head that leaves some lacing. Sweet malts in the aroma mixed with floral and a hint of earthiness. The flavor reminded me of iced-t at first with molasses and fruits. Light body that is more sweet than bitter. Not enough hops for me.

One of my favorite brews from Shipyard. Has a nice aroma and appearance but its flavor is best. It is long lasting and smooth going down. A definite top pick from Shipyard.
