Feb 10, 2007 really hoppy smell. has more head than im used to. nice color., very slight red. an alright amount of hops. a little too carbonated and a little on the thin side. pretty good for the price though.

Feb 7, 2007 Fuggles hops have a way of doing it for me. It’s honest about being its own kind of IPA, not advertised as something ultra-bitter/biting. And what’s more, it’s tasty! Soft and smooth non-astringent creamy hop variety with an extra malt sweetness showing through. The head on this was so amazing that it had its own zip code. No really, there was overhang. No really, it looked like a Root Beer Float. No really, it looked like the pile of mashed potatoes in Close Encounters. No really, it took a good five minutes to pour.

Feb 4, 2007 Bottle. Copper colour with a medium head. Fruity (apricot) and caramelly malt aroma with an earthy hop character. Medium bodied and with medium hop bitterness in the finish. A little week for an IPA.

Feb 2, 2007 Pours sort of dull gold with a weak off white head. The aroma is light with hints of hops and some malt. The above average carbonation brings out a sizable floral to citrus hoppiness. There is also a noticeably chewy amount of sweet and slightly grainy malts. Enjoyable IPA but not really noteworthy.

Jan 17, 2007 Alright, first of all I drank this standing, intermittantly in and out of a dancing mob listening to an Irish band. Still, the taste is dry and bitter. I’m no real fan of IPA’s, but this one is all but undrinkable.

Jan 16, 2007 Pours a light amber with f good sized fluffy head. Not much for hops in the aroma but has mild malts and citrus. Flavor is very light hops and malts. I thought I caught a hint of bananna. Not bad.

Jan 14, 2007 Bought a bottle at Martignetti’s in Brighton. Bitter, soapy taste with a citrusy taste which evened it out. Not very carbonated which made it easier to drink. Smells like soy sauce.
