Pours a light amber with f good sized fluffy head. Not much for hops in the aroma but has mild malts and citrus. Flavor is very light hops and malts. I thought I caught a hint of bananna. Not bad.

Bought a bottle at Martignetti’s in Brighton. Bitter, soapy taste with a citrusy taste which evened it out. Not very carbonated which made it easier to drink. Smells like soy sauce.

This hazy copper ale poured with a modest off-white head. The flavor is thin and bitter, with a more bitter finish.

While I like this type of beer as a rule, the hop flavor is raw, like an infusion, without much else in the mix.

Bottle. Bitterness dominates this beer. Medium body, nice lacing on the glass, mid to high amount of carbonation. I did not experience the "apple plum palate" - just the hoppy bitterness. Drinkable IPA.

Bottle: Pours light amber color, tinged with copper. Strong lacing, soap like bubbles. Aroma of hops and malt, some stale dish rag. Almost sweet with hops, some tannins on the finish that dry the mouth. Bottle is old - April 06, but it seems still good and right for the style.

Nice IPA. Taste bitter, mild hoppy flavor you would expect from an IPA. I like more hops, so this was OK. Gold pour.
