Mar 26, 2006 Pours a clear orange color, small white head. Aroma is “catty” some orange and apple in there. Lots of fuggles. Flavor is bitter, more fuggles hops dominate this brew. Easy to drink, but the hops just aren’t big with me.

Mar 24, 2006 Mild hoppy aroma,with some malt sweetness,huge head of foam, light gold amber color, if your a fuggle fan this is delicious. Whats very interesting is that hard charging mouthfeel,almost like you are drinking a lager. The water used must be very minerally,like Bass’s Ale. This would make an excellent lawnmower IPA

Mar 22, 2006 Bottle (12oz). Shared with Sammy and DrJay, DrJay’s bottle. Poured bubbly pale gold with a small white head. Honey-grain aroma mixed with light mixed hops - taste is fairly bitter, lightly spicy, becoming a littlle sharp and harsh with warming. Unmemorable mouthfeel and body, pretty ehhh overall. Nothing special - not bad, just nothing special.

Mar 21, 2006 Pale yellow,some lace. Not much in aroma, understated taste. OK beer but weak IPA. Reasonable bitterness. Very fuggles, much sweetness to this. Some fruitiness, medicinal, metallic finish. Crispness, malty sweet and dryness, an OK drink. Thanks Dr. Jay.

Mar 21, 2006 Draft sample at FBGF. Poured a clear deep amber with a moderate white head that lasted. Medium hoppy floral aroma. Medium body. Average hoppy flavor with a medium dry finish. Drinkable soft IPA.

Mar 18, 2006 Bottle Pours a flat goden with a small fizzy white head. Lasts pretty well and produces decent lacing. Has a subtle hoppy aroma a little bit of light citrus and touches of sweet fruits. Has a decent carbination. A sharp taste . Has a light to medium body, with an alcoholic texture. Has a pretty good duration with a good aftertaste. This is pretty good but seems a little commercial. I like it though.

Mar 9, 2006 Dark amber with off white head. The nose had some caramel and hops, as did the taste. A well balanced brew.

Mar 8, 2006 The aroma has caramel malt and floral hops but not as hoppy as many IPA’s. The appearance is deep golden color with a slightly orange tint. The head is medium but is persistant. The flavor is very nice and you can taste the hops that were missing in the aroma giving it a grapefruit quality. What I like about it most is the caramel malt that balances well with the hops. The palate is smooth. This is a good beer but more like a bitter than an IPA.
