Sep 13, 2005 Nose of honey and burnt sugar. The color is a medium yellow with a slight haze. The bitter is OK but not as intense as I apreciate.

Sep 10, 2005 Clear golden brown. Very light aroma of malts, some vinegar perhaps? Taste has a lot of malty caramel and toffee flavors. Fruity sweetness, bready texture. Not a lot of hops, some decent bittering but it needs to be amped up.

Sep 8, 2005 Sampled at Broudy’s Beerfest, Jacksonville, FL 9/03/05. Not a fan of IPA’s but this one seemed to have a bit of malt to offset the hop juice, and so I enjoyed it a bit more than the other IPA’s.

Sep 1, 2005 Fuggles hops smell like farts. There I said it, but the really odd thing is fuggles smells like YOUR farts so therefore it isn’t exactly a bad smell. Tea colored with a frothy white head. Light floral and citrus sweet hops with more floral notes in the finish and aftertaste. A plesant beer to drink.

Sep 1, 2005 bland hop aroma, along with some floral notes. body is a golden orange with a thing off white head. Taste is simple, but pleasant .

Aug 31, 2005 Starts with a good head and a lace that lasts. Light coppery color, the hops are there and dominate, of course. No noticable malty sweetness but the malts are there somewheres.

Aug 28, 2005 Light gold color with a full, rocky head. Juicy and fruity fuggles hop aroma, herbaceous and slightly medicinal with hints of nectarine, pine, wood, forest and earth. A light hint of caramel is present in the aroma as well. Initially floral and herbaceous, weedy I must say. Mid-palate is a bit medicinal, with lemon and grapefruit flavors. Lingering stark hop flavor and bitterness and barely any malt to balance things out. Very hoppy and educational, considering it’s solely Fuggles.
