Fuggles hops smell like farts. There I said it, but the really odd thing is fuggles smells like YOUR farts so therefore it isn’t exactly a bad smell. Tea colored with a frothy white head. Light floral and citrus sweet hops with more floral notes in the finish and aftertaste. A plesant beer to drink.

Starts with a good head and a lace that lasts. Light coppery color, the hops are there and dominate, of course. No noticable malty sweetness but the malts are there somewheres.

Light gold color with a full, rocky head. Juicy and fruity fuggles hop aroma, herbaceous and slightly medicinal with hints of nectarine, pine, wood, forest and earth. A light hint of caramel is present in the aroma as well. Initially floral and herbaceous, weedy I must say. Mid-palate is a bit medicinal, with lemon and grapefruit flavors. Lingering stark hop flavor and bitterness and barely any malt to balance things out. Very hoppy and educational, considering it’s solely Fuggles.

well not what to make of this. Bottle i got had the best before date from last august. Had a nice IPA aroma and the bitterness of an IPA, but lacked much taste. Even if it wasn’t a year old probably wouldn’t be anything special.

(draught - Great Lost Bear) medium copper with small white head. Mild hops aroma. Very nice English style IPA with hops that aren’t overwhelming, caramel malt flavors.

On tap at Federal Jacks. Golden color with a thin white head. Weak aroma of hops. Weak flavor of hops and caramel with a bitter finish. Light to medium body with a dry texture and prickly carbonation.
