Jun 14, 2009 A small kitten died when I tried this beer right after Mikkeller’s Black Hole. Burnt buttery nut aroma with maybe some coffee notes. Watery takes just over powers palate with slight notes of the aroma. Not a good beer in my opinion.

Jun 14, 2009 Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a dark brown with a warm reddish hue and a dense creamy head leaving laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt and vanilla. Light and almost watery body, notes of sweet plums and hard roasted malt. Fairly bitter finish. 120609

Jun 14, 2009 From bottle, blind #30. Pours dark brown with a collapsed slight tan head. Light butterish, roasted and caramelish to light breadish aroma. Roasted malt, light butterish, caramelish and vague citrus hoppy aroma. Dry and citrusy flavoured finish.

Jun 14, 2009 Aroma of toffe, coffe and vanilla. The appearance is black. The taste is mild with a lot of vanilla, a hint of tobacco, creamy and a bit soure. Overall a suprsingly good beer. Very differant with the clear tones of vanilla. I liked it a lot.

Clear red brown coloured with a huge beige head.
Sweet aroma of caramel and butterscotsch with roasted notes.
Sweet flavour of caramel and butterscotsch with otes of hops and roasted notes.

Jun 7, 2009 Bottle. It poured a dark black liquid with a small brown foam. The aroma was filled with dark chocolate, burned toast and coffe. The taste was similar with something burned, coffe and dark chocolate. Very nice taste but the smell was a bit bland. Nice beer overall though.
