| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2009 I look forward to this brew every year as soon as it comes out. many will say there are far more better pumpkin beers, and maybe there is, but of what I have had. this is a good one. Sure I have had many others that I also like. As a matter in fact, pumpkin beers tend to be my favorite seasonal beer, and I try any I can get my hands on, but I still seem to keep coming back to this one. The appearance is a orange clear body and a small head, that doesn’t last long (one negative). Its aroma is strong with vanilla, and cinnamon. The flavor has a strong cinnamon, and pumpkin flavor, like spiced pumpkin pie in a bottle. It does go down a bit bittery. Overall a very enjoyable holiday beer. puboflyons (614), New Hampshire, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 12, 2009 From a 12 fl. oz. bottle with an expiration of March 2009. The pour is mostly orange but clear with a short-lived puffy head. The lacing is okay. The scent has an incredible burst of pumpkin spice, allspice, and maybe nutmeg. It’s mouthfeel is rather watered down and felt like a routine American pale ale. But I have to say that I enjoyed the mix of pumpkins and spice in the flavor. 6ROW (268), corpus christi, Texas, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 7, 2009 Bottle - Poured a hazy golden amber in color with a very small white head that quickly faded to almost nothing. Aroma is medium of pumpkin pie spices and slightly sweet. Flavor is fairly strong of the spice, particularly cloves. Some of the pumpkin does come though, but is is not pronounced. The spices linger in the finish along with a slight sweetness. One of the better pumpkin beers I’ve had... Block (379), West Lafayette, Indiana, USA
