Very good pumpkin ale that smells and tastes like pumpkin cookies/muffins. The color is more golden than amber, and it finishes fairly cleanly. A very enjoyable fall brew!!!!

Bottle: Poured a golden color with a white head. Aroma is spice and pumpkin. Taste is like pumpkin pie, spices gives that interesting bite.

I’ve had this before and it seemed better the last time (I wonder why?). This one is still a good beer though. It’s funny because I didn’t think that I’d honestly like a pumpkin flavored beer, but this one is actually pretty darn good. You can definitely taste the pumpkin & spice in it but it is not overpowering at all! Good job shipyard.

murky amber pour with slight white head. Aroma is spicy with some pumpkin and malt. The flavor is strong pumpkin, almost a little fakey and spices. Mouthfeel is also a little weak and watery.

Bottle. Watered down pumpkin pie. Mediocre beer, ok pumpkin ale. Nothing else to say.

Bottle. Poured a hazy amber color with one finger of off white head. Aroma is spicy with cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is slightly malty with a strong pumpkin flavor on the end. Body is too light for a good pumpkin beer. Flavor is there, but mouthfeel isn’t.

12oz beer poured into a "D’addario" pint glass. The first sip is overwhelmingly spicy. It tastes like a pumpkin pie with all the cinnamon and nutmeg. It is pretty much a "Harpoon - Winter Warmer," and I have always had a strange fondness for the that one. This is going to go down great with some eggplant lasagna tonight. The finish is almonds and more nutmeg. I can see why this style gets low ratings, but I’ll give it a good score cuz I’m not the beer snob that I once was.

Pours an light brown with hints of orange. The aroma is spicy and there is some cinnamon and nutmeg that comes through. The taste is of pumpkin but it is noticeably watery. The taste is good and better than most but the body is just not there.
