Lacks complexity and finish. The previous rater is correct in saying this is what pumpkin soda would taste like. I rate this as I am watching the first Philadelphia Phillies playoff game in 14 years. GO PHILS.

If you’ve ever wondered what pumpkin soda would taste like, this may be it. The aroma made me think a pumpkin pie had just been pulled out of the oven on Thanksgiving. The color was a pale orange. Again, the flavor was that of a pumpkin pie in liquid form. The mouthfeel was light. This was very easy to drink, it might make for a good session beer, but then again, I might get tired of the spices in a little while.

($1.29 at Total Wine in Kennesaw, GA) Appearance: Pours a clear coppery body with a bubbly, small white head. Smell: I’m shaking and swirling here, but all I can coax out of it is a light wheatiness and hints of allspice and nutmeg. Taste: Not much pumpkin flavor at all, but the spices are there, mainly allspice and nutmeg. Light lemony taste. Hint of graham crackers. Not much in the way of hops or malt. Finishes crisp, watery, and spritzy. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied, but the moderate carbonation makes it feel just a tad bit fuller. Drinkability: I’d say I would prefer it with more pumpkin flavor, but really I would prefer it with ANY pumpkin flavor.

Amber pour with a small white head.smell of spices and some malt. Taste of cinnamon and allspice with some pumpkin through out. Not as strong on the pumpkin flavor as some that I have had, but still pretty good overall.

(bottle) Clear pale orange-gold, small white head with a fizzing sound when poured. Aroma of cinnamon and spice. Flavor is mixed spice, some pumpkin.

Clear golden / light amber body, with no real head to speak of. No lacing :( The aroma is OK -- nothing special here, but certainly not offensive. Pumpkin pie spices in the flavor, and I guess that’s what the intent was. Not too bad, really, and has gotten me to think of the holidays that are looming just around the corner. Overall, this beer is isn’t too bad, but I doubt I’ll ever have more than a couple this season.

I was expecting more. The "spicy" taste is a bit overpowering and there is a little to much carbonation for my taste. Drinkable, but not one of my favorites.

I think the spices are a bit overdone here but once it warms up a bit the flavors blend a little better. Not my favorite pumpkin beer and not something I’d want to drink much of, but decent.
