This bottled sake from a bottle shop poured clear with no bubbles at all. The body was also transparent yet had a slight yellow tint and was uncarbonated. The mild alcohol aroma contained notes of vinous rice wine. The mouth feel was of vinous alcohol at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of vinous rice. An OK sake just nothing special.

My first sake. It had a horrible milky taste to it and a foul finish. I bought this at Mitsuwa in Arlington Heights, because it was on sale for $4.99. Now I know why! To the bins!
