Dec 14, 2007 Slightly yellowish tint with long lasting legs on the sides of the glass. The aroma is earthy with dandelions and goat cheese. The taste is pretty light with notes of vanilla and almonds. There is a definite alcohol kick in the nutty finish. Refeshing and easy to drink.

Dec 8, 2007 This is actually very nice.. doesn’t have that bothersome kick that some cheaper sakes can have... is sweet and mild, with some fruit, rice, vanilla flavours... had chilled.... some slight yellow in the colour... for the price, this stuff is real nice... and i’d say, a very good sake for people to get there feet wet... nama-tastic... "A census taker once tried to test me. I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chilled Sake"

Oct 3, 2007 I have had this cold and hot and I don’t know which is better. I wasn’t very fond of it but it was very decent. Honestly I thought this was a wine.

Oct 2, 2007 The was the first time that I have ever had Sake and I liked it a lot. I had it in the "cold" version. Fair colour and no head (duh, lol). I tasted a little bit of chocolate in it but that’s probably because I taste it in everything
