| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Dec 10, 2009 If I was a 15-year-old girl, I’d be like, "OMG WTF is this?" Actually, if I was a 15-year-old girl, I’d probably like this beer, because it seems that that’s the basic demographic that goes for this stuff. It sucks when you go to an event and they have a "craft" tap and as you make your way through the crowd waiting to see what it is, you say to yourself, "Please don’t be Shock Top, please don’t be Shock Top." and then...it’s Blue Moon. Or Shock Top. Give me a break. Anyway, this pours cloudy yellow with a small white head that fades rather quickly. Aroma is wheat, citrus, banana, and yeast. Sort of generic. Flavor is very generic with wheat, lemon, orange, banana, and bubblegum. Very uninspiring. Palate is light and annoyingly harsh and acidic. This beer is a donkey punch to the face of Belgium by Anheuser-Busch. Just don’t drink it unless you have to. beerfest5 (181), Simsbury, Connecticut, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Dec 9, 2009 Would someone please tell the Macro companies not to try and be "hip" or "try and be Micro"!!!! this is a shining example of why the macros have absolutely no idea what good beer should be. No flavor besides the actual orange in my glass, way too acidic and no aftertaste, would rather lick wallpaper glue. Travlr (745), Washington, Washington DC, USA

Cloudy orange with a solid white head that doesn’t budge and inch over 10 minutes.
Aroma of citrus and skunks.
Very sour, unpleasantly so, with an extreme acidic finish.
Light bodied for the style.
Best skipped. Nothing remarkable about this one. cprochak (413), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Dec 6, 2009 Bottle at blind tasting 5/09. Pours translucent gold, with little head. Nothing really in the way of aroma that I could pick out. Sweet, then a mild bitter finish. Flat, light bodied beer. VTHopHead (920), Barre, Vermont, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Dec 6, 2009 Sample at the Smugglers Notch BrewFest - Poured a hazy straw yellow in color with a bright white head. Over carbonated. Aroma is faintly citrus with some wheat and a hint of banana. Flavor is not at all very strong and the flavors are washed out. Very little of anything distinctive. Not very good... The aroma is nice and or oranges, the appearance is a honey gold, with a thin white head. The taste is ok but I have had better in a whit. Over all not to bad shp555 (1686), Atlanta, Georgia, USA
