Listed as Rye Aged Curse the Goat Doppelbock at the GTMW ’09, so I assume this must be it. Sweet aroma with rye and brown sugar. Golden amber color with a smallish head. Sweet rye, brown sugar, and German black bread flavors. Medium rich duration. Good and filling.

Translucent and amber with a creamy, milky tan head. Aroma emits a frightful array of red rye, pencil erasures, talc, powdered coffee creamer, whisky and scotch on sandalwood. Flavor is more aligned with the base beer’s intentions, authoritatively caressing rye, whiskey and maple coated pumpernickel. A hint of pistachios and caramel lined butterscotch crème candies coddle the palate. Sweet bourbon and rye drum up white rye pretzel bread traits and saltwater taffy with a caramel and scotch composure. Delectable caramel-bourbon and rye. Medium bodied and balanced, finishing with whisky, rye, caramel and spicy brown bread.
