Commercial Description:
Shoreline's lightest offering. This lager is styled after the first beer brewed celebrating King Ludwig's wedding to Princess Teresa of Saxon which turned into the modern day Oktoberfest. It has a nice white lacey head followed by a beautiful golden blonde hue.

From the tap this pours a clear golden body with a small bubbly head that quickly fades away. The aroma has some sweet grainy malt and a touch of candy corn. A mild earthy bitterness is added to the flavor, balancing the drink out. Not sure if this should be styled as a Pale Lager since it’s adjunct free and has taste-able hops. No matter. I probably won’t be repeating it.

Nice, straight-forward lager beer. Served cold in a mug. Smallish head with lots of bubbles that disappears. This is as good as the Helles OKtoberfest from Hofbrauhaus, only it’s fresher here at Shoreline.

Clear gold color with thin white head that laced the glass. Aroma and flavor were similar; light sprucy hops and fresh malty cereal grain. Slightly sweet with a crisp clean finish.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a transparent uncarbonated orange colored body. The thin mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lager hop malt aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of medium strength lagerish hop malt mix. An OK brew just nothing special.

Draft sample at brewpub. Clear pale color with a minimal frothy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Light sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a dry texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium balanced finish of short duration.

On tap at the brewpub. Nothing to appealing at all. Typical yellow color with a bunch of white fizzy head. Adjuct aroma. Sweet and fizzy on the tongue.

Draft at Shoreline. White small head that quickly dissipated with decent lacing, transparent, minimal carbonation, and a straw yellow hue. Nose was lightly malty, hops and a hint of some citrus. Flavor was somewhat sweet and lightly malty. Smooth mouthfeel and light body.
