Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Nov 26, 2007 From the tap this pours a clear golden body with a small bubbly head that quickly fades away. The aroma has some sweet grainy malt and a touch of candy corn. A mild earthy bitterness is added to the flavor, balancing the drink out. Not sure if this should be styled as a Pale Lager since it’s adjunct free and has taste-able hops. No matter. I probably won’t be repeating it.

jezmez68 (332), Chesterton, Indiana, USA Nov 10, 2007 Updated: May 5, 2009Nice, straight-forward lager beer. Served cold in a mug. Smallish head with lots of bubbles that disappears. This is as good as the Helles OKtoberfest from Hofbrauhaus, only it’s fresher here at Shoreline. GeneralGao (3051), Iowa City, Iowa, USA Dec 17, 2006 Clear gold color with thin white head that laced the glass. Aroma and flavor were similar; light sprucy hops and fresh malty cereal grain. Slightly sweet with a crisp clean finish. thedm (3833), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Sep 21, 2006 This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a transparent uncarbonated orange colored body. The thin mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish with a lager hop malt aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of medium strength lagerish hop malt mix. An OK brew just nothing special. Tmoney99 (4656), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Aug 21, 2006 Draft sample at brewpub. Clear pale color with a minimal frothy white head that mostly diminished with fair lacing. Light sour citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a dry texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium balanced finish of short duration. tjthresh (1746), Greenfield, Indiana, USA Jul 6, 2006 On tap at the brewpub. Nothing to appealing at all. Typical yellow color with a bunch of white fizzy head. Adjuct aroma. Sweet and fizzy on the tongue. railcat1 (578), Orlando, Florida, USA Jul 2, 2006 this was not bad citrus and sweet real light not a bad summer time beer very drinkable hotstuff (3175), Indiana, USA Jun 21, 2006 Draft at Shoreline.
