Had this one draught at the brewpub in Michigan City, Indiana. Hazy, pale orangpour with a light malty and citrusy nose; very mild but balanced taste, not much going on here.

Tasted 4/27/08. Sampler. Filtered with a pale golden hue. White trace head. Grainy aromas. Light bodied and crisp. Touch estery. Mild note of candy yeast. Solid interpretation.

Probably the best Kolsch I have ever tried. On tatp at the brewpub with a pale yellow body and white head. The aroma was biscuitws and boiled potatoes. The taste was sweet potatoes with some bread crust. An earthy bread crust finish. Very good.

On tap at the brewery. Light in color with barely a head that disappears quickly. Nice clean palate.

On tap at the brewery. Light yellow clear with no head. Grainy and clean aroma. Flavor is grain, banana, spicy, with that bitter macro taste. Thin to medium body. Overall a stand up kolsch. As my girlfriend said, "it takes me back to Germany."
