Oct 2, 2006 This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of foamy white colored bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a transparent softly carbonated dark yellow colored body and an excellent lacing. The mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and medumly tingly at the finish. The weak flavor contained notes of malt and hops.

Aug 22, 2006 Draft sample at brewery. Amber color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate complex sour citrus aroma. Medium body. Medium well balanced flavor with a medium balanced finish of moderate duration.

Jun 10, 2006 If you like the IPA style of beer and especially like hoppy beers, then I totally recommend this.
This pours great, like all of their beers, and has a great mouthfeel as well as a good hoppy aftertaste, like all IPAs.

Nov 24, 2005 Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Served in a standard American pint glass with a slight ring of foam. Flashes of yellows and oranges with a touch of haze in the center. Light spicy hop and crystal malt aroma. Spicy and floral bitterness. Very low carbonation, as if it were served from a beer engine, but it was not. Pretty easy drinking and un-offensive.

Sep 11, 2005 1st batch on tap: Clean golden hue with a fine lace and head. The aroma has notes of golden apple, pear, flowery yeast esters, and aromatic hops. The taste starts fruity and acidic with balanced bitterness and malt. Very traditional and mellow IPA. The feel is smooth and easy to drink. Don’t expect a big hop monster here but it should work for most customers.
