Commercial Description:
The hub of the village
Exactly what it says, “brown beer.” This is beer fermented from wort extracted from the hearty pale ale malt, toasted specialties, chocolate and munich selections resulting in a toasted brown color. Very light hop additions from the Cascade variety allows the sweet malty and caramel notes to shine through for duration of its time on your palette.

Bottle. A clear dark reddish brown color boday with a thin off-white head, light to medium carbonation. Aroma is toasty, nutty, sweet dark caramel with a chocolaty note. Flavor is really clean, roasty a bit of smoke, caramel, toffee, and just a hint of bitter chocolate, lite spicy hop tones, clean crisp mouthfeel, light to medium body, very quaffable, I seem to gulp these down pretty fast. A long malty finish,. A solid Brown Ale.

Bottle. Brown pour that easily allows some light shine through the pint glass, some carbonation. Aroma is nutty/somewhat smoky. Flavor is roasted malts, some vanilla and finishes a little nutty and smoky. Ok beer, but nothing more.

A good American brown ale. Brown pour with a dk white head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt and a faint sweetness. Left a nice refreshing feel in my mouth. I need to do a Michigan beer tour this summer since it is one of the best states for beer.

Dark brown hue with an off-white head that quickly diminished and left a good lace. Aroma of caramel, roast malt, and some fruity tones. Flavors of roasted malt, spicy fruity hops, caramel and. Soft, clean and refreshing. I’m glad I have 5 more to drink

12 oz bottle, poured into a tulip. Color is a gorgeous deep brown, with small thin tan head. Aroma is very rich for a brown ale...roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, dark fruit, and brown sugar. Taste of toasted malt, chocolate, and nuts. Mouthfeel is medium and smooth. Pretty good, but a bit rich.
