| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Aug 31, 2004 This draft brew from the brewery poured a medium sized head of off-white colored finely sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a fair lacing. The body was a nice transparent brown color. The aroma contained notes of mild but nice brown malts. I wished there were more brown malts as I sampled this brew and that the aroma was stronger. The mouth feel was smooth with a mild tingle that mellowed in the finish. The flavor lacked punch was was on the weak side, but what flavor there was was good. Once again, I just wished it was stronger. The mild brown malt flavor was mixed with delicate hops and was slightly flat.
