incutrav (487), Woodbury, Minnesota, USA Jul 14, 2008 Quite a unique brew here. Thanks a bunch to Derek! Lots of tomatoes and pepper in the aroma. I get a lot of dill on the pallate. They really did nail the bloody mary taste, as its fairly close. All the Roma’s dont overpower the beer, which is nice. It did get to be a bit overwhelming towards the end of the bottle, but overall, it works. Odeed (1429), Bakersfield, California, USA Jun 14, 2008 VERY odd to say the least.basically a v-8 with pepper thrown in.not my thing. WeeHeavySD (1539), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA Jun 13, 2008 Taste from a 750 @ BA Speedway release today. Overall tasty and strange with clearly some roma tomatoeness, i liked it overall its bretty cool. pepsican (640), the beer wastelands of, Iowa, USA May 25, 2008 Big thanks to heemer for this much wanted beer. Thanks for attending eric! Amber pour with a medium off white head. Aroma was celery and tomato. flavor was the same, heavy tomato, celery, salt, pepper, cinnamon...basically a malted up bloody mary. Points for being interesting, but I couldn’t see this whole bottle being consumed by anyone. heemer77 (3609), North Liberty, Iowa, USA May 23, 2008 I had big expectations for this one, but it was a let down. The body was copper colored with a yellowish khaki head. The aroma was tomatoes and horseradish. There wasn’t much else to smell. The taste was light tomatoes with some horseradish. There was also carrots with some toast and almonds in the finish. This was interesting and you at least have to give credit for the effort.
