Nov 21, 2008 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a fluffy tan head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of ginger and straw. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of ginger - too much for my liking, leading to a dry finish where the sweetness carries thru.

Clear medium to dark yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light moderate yeasty, ginger, plaster. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, and a ginger - peppery burn in the finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish is light alcoholic. [20081108]

May 11, 2009 Bottled@Konttori, Tampere. Amber colour with mediumsized big white foamy head. Aroma is some grassy and fruity hops with spices, some mild gingery notes. Flavour is spicy, fruity and also quite yeasty. Yet another Shorts that is quite strange, but yet balanced and drinkable.
