Bottle, thanks to Puzzl. Aroma has some bubblegum and lemon. Great looking beer with tons of lacing. Flavor is similar to Schneiders Hopfen Weiss. Peppery without much ginger. Decent wheat beer though.

Oct 2, 2008 Shorts smagning med klubben. Uklar orange med et lille råhvidt skum. Denne har masser af kulsyre. Der er ingefær, orangeskal, citrus og noget gær. Også peber. Vi kalder det aftenens Sushi øl.

Oct 1, 2008 Shorts tasting with The Club +a few. Pours a slightly hazy amber with an off-white head and lacings. Smells of ginger. Sweet with aromas of Belgian yeast, ginger and Wit. Tiny hint of vegetables.High carbonation. Medium bodied. Dry finish with more Wit and ginger. Could easily have more ginger IMHO.

Sep 30, 2008 Bottle at home. Clear amber - offwhite head. ginger, grainy, grassy, rye, light carbonation, light licorice yeasty, sharpness, wheaty. Nice sushi-beer.
Crispy.

Sep 22, 2008 Amber with a big and lasting white head. Spicy ginger aroma with a touch of clove. Dry ginger flavour with some alcohol showing and just a pinch of maltiness. Both rye malt and weizen yeast are lost in ginger.
