bottle#599
pours orange cloudy with white head.
Aroma is just straight DIPA with hints of caramel malts. Even after 2+ years this one still retained a strong hop profile.
Flavor, caramel malts with a good hop balance, good carbonation with a light yeasty finish. miketd (679), Cleveland, Ohio, USA Aug 15, 2009 Pour is copper with a small wispy head. Aroma is of sweet fruit, pine and nutty. Flavor is slightly bitter and has good malt balance without being too sweet. Good mouthfeel and a really good beer. I bet this was great fresh.
