Tap at the brewery. Iced tea colored pour with a small white head. Resinous, peppery pine and grapefruit aroma. Flavor is caramel, mango, pepper, toast, apple and lingering pine on the finish. Oily, sticky, medium-full body.

Draft @ Shorts. Pours a clear, honey-orange color; off-white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Lively, resiny earthy and citrus hoppiness in the aroma; generous and bitter with a touch of malty sweetness coming through. Average carbonation. Medium mouthfeel: chewy, bitter earthy hops with toasty bready malts at the core; solid levels of bitterness with a distinct white pepper note coming through; solid, toasty, dry pale ale rendition. Just a touch of alcohol showing. Lengthy finish: bitter earthiness and toasty malts.

on tap at HopCat, GR Michigan...golden orange body with medium head..aroma of large floral and grapefruit hops, and a hint of clove..flavor is citric and floral, with touches of lemon and spice...it was mentioned that is was "soapy", and i must agree that there seemed to be a cleanser agent or quality to the flavor (non-offensive)...

On tap at HopCat and served in an English pint glass. This beer poured a cloudy orange with a foamy head of beige bubbles. A good amount of spiderweb lacing was left around the glass. The aroma of the beer was made up of perfumey and citric hops, caramel, and some fruity yeast esthers. The flavor consisted of a mild citrus bitterness, caramel and toffee, and a was also just a bit soapy. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with minimal carbonation. A Belgian IPA. Really different, but still pretty decent.

Pours a lightly hazed orangey gold with a fine thin white head. Lightly sweet fruity hops with some small spice. Malt is substantial. Grapefruit hops. Creamy light body, not too substantial, good carbonation. Peppery hoppy bite. Bitterness just balanced out by round malt. A bit of astringency ala tannic hops. Lingering bitterness. A fun beer!

On tap at crunchys in East lansing. Poured a cloudy orange color. Nice aroma, refreshing citrus. Taste is nice, refreshing and balanced, nice citrus as well as a sort of soft but evident malt backbone, not crazy bitter, just drinkable and well done.
