| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 13, 2009 Bottle pours amber color with a marshmellow head that sticks around for the whole glass. Aroma is sweet peach and dried apricot. Tingly mouthfeel. Flavor is more peach, dried apricot, vanilla, and finishes semi-dry. I got a bit of creme, but not too much. A very enjoyable brew. To get more of a dramatic review you have have to check out ditmier’s every thing was true. Aroma was nice a light peach cobbler along with some vanilla notes. Taste more of the peach and cream. A very fun brew and at 9.5% watch out. Thanks Toby

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 23, 2009 Bottle purchased at the brewery. Certainly pours peach in color with a frothy white head. Smells as advertised. Tastes highly lactic up front, followed by a peach additive, which leads me to argue for a fruit on the bottom yogurt comparison. Unfortunately, I found the sweetness of the peaches to grow cloying the more I drank. Certainly a beer meant for sharing. ditmier (1072), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 18, 2009 Bottle - Thanks Toby! - Yeah this bitch shot right out the top, and what do I do? I put my mouth over it and run to the sink, yes it’s barbaric and a huge faux pas and I’m sorry, but all I could think about was orange milk sugars in my white carpet and I froze...it won’t happen again and BuckeyeBoy, I am sorry that even though it was the day after your birthday, you had to mention that everytime you took a sip, it was like kissing me...it only added insult to injury, I am biased, but I don’t think I’m so bad...maybe quietly fun at first and then become way more annoying, like a pet ferret, but I strive for a balance...That being said, once it stops gushing fucking everywhere, it pours a viscous opaque orange with a medium stiff off white head...aroma is sticky peach, apricot preserves and redi-whip with a hint of vanilla...flavour is similar, its thick and sweet and deliciously fruity, tart dried fruit flavour, but made cloyingly sweet by the gratuitous milk sugars...still, never comes accross as too heavy or too sweet...like the other Shorts Imperials i’ve had, it is most definitely meant to be shared...and in that context is very enjoyable...
