Bottle, thanks to WeeHeavySD for sharing! Pours a murky dark amber-brown with an off-white ring. Sharp aroma of malt and hops, quite herbal, with grass, pine, and sugar. Very sharp / bitter taste, herbal, with malt, sugar, hops, wood, and alcohol. Lingering bitterness. Big and tasty.

Old DIPA, lets see what happens with this one. 750ml via trade with charlie and thick freakness factory. thanks dude. This is about 3 years old if I’m right on my numbers. Pours rich deep orange with a 2 finger puffy tan head. Nose is sweet and remarkably hoppy and ressinny. Taste is sweet and syrupy and well hopped. This is certainly not in the BW range and least not right now. Still a pretty tasty if not on the sweet side DIPA.

First let me say this was one year old when I had it: Nice citrus and bready malts in the nose, although probably more muted than it would have been fresh. Flavor is citrus, grapefruit rind, and caramel malt. Tasty and would love to try a fresh sample.

Tasting at Papsoe
Hazy amber color. Finally a known aroma from this brewery: good resiny hops, some pepper. Semi-sweet toffee flavor, good body strength, with a very strong hopping, strong grapefruit, some resins. Very good.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Light brown dense head. Pine, sweetness, spice and caramel in the aroma. Flavour as well is piney and herbal. has caramel, flowers, alcohol and citrus as well. Full bodied. Dry. Fruity and bitter end. A bit acidic. Nice.

Bottle number 459 of 798. Pours a coppery amber with no head. Nice malt and hop balance in the nose. Flavor is a tad bit too malty for an IIPA, but the hop comes through strong in the finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy deep orange with a small off-white head. Aroma dense hoppy and mild spiced. Medium sweet and acidic hoppy and spiced flavoured. Lingering hoppy and mild spiced into the finish. Smooth, fruity and bitter.
