Pours deep red with a nice, creamy, small, film head. Aroma is nice fruity hops, strawberries, grass and grapefruit. Nice, dry mouthfeel. Flavour is bitter, wonderfully hoppy with some caramel. Good pine and wonderfully fruity. Grovlam (3810), Copenhagen, Denmark

[Drikkeriget Grand Shorts Imperial Series tasting, thanks to Jeppe for another great session] Average creamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Spare display of lacework. Light cloudy amber color. Aroma of grapefruit, chew peach, floral, grassy, citrus. Over the palate came some counter malty – caramel notes. Full bodied with a soft carbonation and mild alcoholic very dry texture. Brewed 4/9/07. Bottled 5/15/07. #431/798. Wow, lotta information on the bottle. Hazy with a dark amber hue. Bone white moldy head. Big hoppy aromas with hints of honey. Resinous. Full bodied with a big alcohol note. Lotta citrus and a great rolling palate. Sticky hoppy finish. Solid! Thanks Keir. SAME BATCH, ONE YEAR LATER. Reddish hue and relatively clear. Trace off-white head. Sweet and woody aromas. Red esters and sweet grass. Full bodied with a sweet malt note. Nice bitterness and a sticky finish. Crisp and smooth. Pleasant astringency. Aroma is some citrus hops and some balancing sweet malts. Flavor is also lots of citrus hops, but it seems that some have disipated into the malt. I wish i would have tried this sooner, but still decent.
