Cloudy amber/light brown body with a fine light-brown lasting head. The nose is really hoppy and a bit sulphurous. The taste is full of hops and yeasts - not much complexity. The finish is dry and bitter and in the very end there is a deep bitterness deep down the throat - Linda Lovelace go home!!! The palate is relative light and makes it more drinkable compared to many of its IPA-brothers that makes you look like a chickens ass because of the dry bitterness from the extreme hops

Bottle shared by eclectic at BCTC. Thanks Kevin! Pours a deep orange with a thin white head. Nose and flavor of citrus, pine, and caramel malt. Pretty straightforward double ipa, not to take anything away from it.

750ml bottle purchased at the brewery. Bottle #299 out of 798. Aroma was of malty caramel, citrusy hops (especially orange), mango, and grass. Poured a clear dark orange color. The head was off white with an orange tint. Some lace was left behind on the glass at the end. Medium bodied and slightly sweet with soft carbonation. There was only mild hop bitterness that peaked at about 3-4 out of 10. Soft malty caramel dominated the flavor and was accompanied by cherry pastry and subdued vanilla. Light citrusy hops took a backseat to the malt. Pretty good straight up malt dominated IIPA.

Appearance: Pours a clear, dark amber body with a medium-sized, beige head. Smell: Caramel aroma with a strong stink of resin and citrus fruits and lesser notes of grain husks and triple sec. Taste: Sweet caramelly maltiness with a handful of fire-scorched grains. Big hop flavors of resinous pine and sweetened orange and grapefruit juice. Unrelenting, medium-high bitterness. Dash of orange liqueur. Sharply bittersweet on the finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: A well-made Double IPA stuffed to the gills with hoppienss.

Bottle thanks to hoppymeal: Pours a transparent amber copper with a spotty-lacing light tan head. Aroma of rich sweet caramel malt and fresh grapefruity hops. Starts with nice fullness and sweet caramel maltiness balanced with an assertive grapefruity hop flavor. Finishes crisp and bittersweet. A nice imperial IPA.

Pours a beautiful rust color with a small thin tan head, and average lacing. Average carbonation with a smell of sweet, sweet, citrusy, juicy hops. Tastes of strong hops and sweet malts. Very hoppy yet very balanced with a strong enough malt backbone to support the massive hops. This one good DIPA. Drink and Enjoy!
