Very pale straw yellow. A very basic and unchallenging cider, but pleasant enough to drink. There’s a little funk there, but it’s fleeting and doesn’t really have much depth. Late aftertaste is of oxidised red apple. Quite quaffable, but it’s a little on the sweet side to have too much of.

Jul 30, 2008 Aroma: Cidery apple with a hint of sulphur/funk. Appearance: pale yellow with just a hint of cloudiness. Flavour: mid sweet standard cider, terrific in small quantities. Palate: thin and not overly carbonated easy drinking with a lightly sweet aftertaste.
