An opaque golden cider with light effervessence. Aroma of sour apple, citrus, gueuze-like, cork, very pleasant. In mouth, sour apples dominate with citric acid, epsom salts, light solvent, and brie cheese. An interesting cider, more than a year old, boughtin Barcelona, November 2006. Tasted mothers day, May 11 2008.

Apr 18, 2008 Bottle, thx to Jensen Taster. Yelow colour with awhite head. Aroma is sour, citrus, apple. Flavour is sour, citrus, apple, fire place. Nice cider.

Apr 6, 2008 Bottle, thx to JensenTaster. I was not especially content with the looks of this cidra, but from there it only went upwards. It poured a hazy, orange-yellow body withouth any head. Apples, barnyard, yeast and lemon in the aroma. The flavor was intensely sour, with apples dominating, but also lemon, barnyard and a little yeasty touch. Astringent, medium full mouthfeel. A really lovely cider, kind of cider meets lambic, and I really loved it. (080301)

Mar 9, 2008 Tasting at thewolf. Pours a hazy yellow. Aroma and flavour is sour and fruity - grapefruite and actually a bit like green olives.

Mar 3, 2008 On bottle) Mily, yellow, almost no carbonation. Fresh, crapapple, some pine, in the aroma. Slightly sticky, but the tastness is right there andclenses the mouth rel nicely. The carbonation was gone, right untill the finish, where it goes high and give the apples some vanilla for balance.
